What Insurance Do We Accept?

David is in network providers with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, United HealthCare PPO.

Susan is in network providers with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO.

Otherwise, we are a fee-for-service office. 

How Much Do We Charge?

Our hourly rate is $160.

Missed session and late cancellation (within 24 hours) fee is $85.

Payment is required on a bi-weekly basis through a credit or debit card.
