David Gibbons, LCPC
My Approach to Counseling and Psychotherapy
Life is the great teacher, and our ability to explore where we have been and what we are going through now reveals our deepest selves to us. If you want to reach for your highest potential, your soul identity, your true sense of being - I should be honored to walk with you in discovery.
The pain of the world, and of this current time, reminds us we are not in control. Yet we have access to great inner strength that can transform ourselves and our world. I am an integrative Psychotherapist who utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities. I specialize in grief and loss, life transitions, depression and anxiety. As an experienced parish priest (in the Church of England and Episcopal Church USA) the focus of my ministry has been to equip people to define their spiritual center from which everything flows and so become more effective members of family and community.
